At House of Vitaux, your satisfaction matters. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Health and wellness products cannot be returned once opened for safety reasons.

• Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
